Once your rusted motorcycle's wheels or rim parts are delivered to their cleaning room we pay attention to every detail to remove all previous impurities.

Our preparation system is very professional and you get direct attention and support by a team of powder coaters for motorcycle experts.

We use a in-house burn off oven to turn existing old powder coated motorcycles finish to ash. Also, to bake out and to disappear any other impurities such as oils or grease that may be inside the part.

Once we apply powder coating for the motorcycles parts, we send it to the controlled temperature burn curing oven. Your motorcycle powder coating part stays there until it is cured.

After the powder for your motorcycle is applied and then removed from the oven, your motorcycle part is inspected for quality on every square inch. And that is amazing as not every other powder coating provider does that!
